DEDICATED SAFETY TEAM
Lee’s dedicated safety team works alongside project leaders, supervisors, and field crews to make safety part of how every job is planned and executed.
Led by our Director of Safety & Security, the team focuses on identifying hazards early, reinforcing safe work practices, and continuously improving our safety program through training, field engagement, and accountability.
The goal is straightforward: address risk before it becomes an incident and make safety a shared responsibility across every Lee project.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Safety training starts before our teams step onto the jobsite and continues throughout their careers at Lee.
Team members receive OSHA and role-specific training based on the work they perform, along with ongoing safety education designed to reinforce expectations, address changing conditions, and keep safe practices top of mind.
The goal is more than certification. It’s giving every employee the knowledge and confidence to recognize risk, speak up, and make the right call in the field.

LEE SAFETY COMMITTEE
Safety is strongest when the people doing the work have a voice in how it improves.
Lee’s Safety Committee brings together employees from across the organization to review practices, identify opportunities, share field insight, and strengthen safety across our teams.
That collaboration helps turn safety from a policy into a shared responsibility, with everyone working toward the same goal: every person home safe, every day.
By working together, the Safety Committee is able to identify potential risks and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
