EVERYDAY EXCELLENCE LIVES HERE
The role of every employee-owner at Lee Contracting carries a special responsibility. It’s a commitment to our fellow associates and to the companies we serve. Because everyone in the company is counting on you to go beyond to meet the needs of our customers.
If you feel this kind of commitment, and value a company that puts it into everyday practice, we invite you to consider joining us. Learn about our culture and values, and explore our current openings.
EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP BENEFITS EVERYONE
As an employee-owned company, we are a personally invested team of the best and brightest in our industry. Because we are employee-owned, our team members invest in their future every time they walk through our doors. What does that mean? By offering an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), our team members have ownership in the company – so when Lee is successful, so are our employees.
EVERYDAY EXCELLENCE AS A WAY OF LIFE
With a culture built on the shared values of excellence, commitment, enthusiasm and the Power of One, Lee lives our commitment to excellence every day. We are a smart, diverse and hard-working team dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers on every project.
THE OPPORTUNITY IS REAL
With the combination of a continuing shortfall of qualified, skilled tradespeople and many current employees reaching retirement age, there’s never been a better time to look at a career in heavy industrial contracting. No matter where you are in your career path, it’s a great time to consider a job at Lee.
Our Apprentice Program can prepare you to fill those positions with the hands-on experience you need to thrive. As a paid apprentice, you’ll receive on-the-job training with experienced foremen and other industrial contracting professionals, and we also offer paid training courses for select trades.
