Lee Contracting Continues to Impact City of Pontiac

Lee Contracting has started 2017 by adding a new division and four new positions. These additions stem from a new contract between Lee Contracting andschool distric of the city of pontiac logo the Pontiac School District to perform preventative maintenance in eleven district buildings for the next two-and-a-half years. The Pontiac School Maintenance division will be managed under our mechanical department.

Lee Contracting will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance on the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They will be responding to maintenance requests from the district facility director and will perform routine maintenance throughout the buildings. The facilities manager for the Pontiac School District has already credited Lee with making a big difference in the facilities for the short amount of time we have been present.

Behind the school stands Wisner wisner memorial stadiumMemorial Stadium, which since its renovation, hosts several events throughout the spring, summer and fall. Lee is in the process of also renovating the former 500,000 square foot Pontiac Central High School on Huron Street into a machine repair shop and industrial commercial storage facility.

These positions and building renovations are testaments to the continuing growth, capabilities, and community involvement on Lee Contracting in Pontiac.
